Has anyone had a 2nd opinion for meige syndrome

I have seen many neurologists ( I’ve been under neurological care since my 3d TBI in 2017 ish . Because they move to another practice. Currently im looking for a second opinion as I’ve been in a new state for the past few years. I have cervical dystonia. But this office I have seen the “ new “ dr 3 x . The old one retired.
My last 3 visits.
First they added Parkinson’s , next visit they told me i has a stroke in the past
Next visit they added cervical spodelytis . I’m not sure they have any idea what’s happening to me and why.? Wanting a second opinion as my neck is getting worse.i see them every 3!months for Botox injection. Problem is health insurance won’t let me go out of state and there are few neurologists in the state.
I wish you luck, if insurance will pay I would . If I could find another neurologist I would.

I have meige syndrome with dystonia and blephorspasm. I currently see Dr. Ryan Uitti at Mayo Hospital in Jacksonville. I receive Botox injections every 3 months. they wear off before the 3 months is up, but insurance only covers so much, so I don't have much of a choice. I have tried prescriptions, none of which helped. I am currently taking Baclofen, doesn't feel like it helps the spasms, but helps me go to sleep at night. I have not gotten a second opinion, Dr. Uitti is very knowledgeable about the condition and I trust his plan of action.

Thank you. I have just been reading that there are a lot pf dystonia patients who also have gi issues. Dr. Farias has done research on this and has an online program focusing on gut brain connections and health. I an going to look into this more.
