Hi Patty,
These are questions you should ask with your health care team. It is important to talk about pathology results with a health care professional who has all the data and your medical history.

Were you given a number to call? Can you post a question to a professional through your patient portal?

I just looked @ portal again and no way to respond and this is the Pulmonologist that said it's undefined? This looks like a stage 3?

@pattymac, The doctor on the portal is most likely the doctor who read the tests. He does not interpret the results.
The person you need to speak to is the doctor who ordered this test for you. Only he can tell you what these results are as they apply to you.
Please be patient.
Rosemary

You are in my thoughts!linda

This was my appt on portal for Wednesday's Bronchoscope with the Pulmonologist I just saw so wouldn't his office have put that diagnosis on there?

@pattymac, This is for him to answer. In my experience with a variety of clinics and doctors, I have found that some portals and summaries are...well, less complete or clear than others. So, talk to him. Unfortunately this is a weekend, and Monday is a long way off - but it will come. Hard as this sounds, "Do not dwell on it."

We really do hear you. And we really do understand your frustrations. Keep in mind that most of us have been in your shoes. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Try to focus on the positive this weekend. Do something nice for somebody in need and get your mind off of your troubling thoughts.
Until Monday.
Rosemary.

@pattymac I wish I could "double-like" the above post by @rosemarya. Please read it and try to follow her suggestions. Teresa

@pattymac Posting a question on your patient portal is a great idea that @colleenyoung suggested. You can even do that on a weekend and the doctor can respond when he returns to the office. None of us are able to give you answers to your medical problems, just suggestions on how to cope with the unknown and we can do this because we have been where you are. Blessings, Teresa
