@keithl56 I’m not sure what CSVD stands for. I just know when I learned I had partially clogged arteries, the cardiologist told me to avoid saturated fat and stress. I had already been a vegetarian, but I decided to cut out dairy. Six months later, all my bad numbers had gotten MUCH better. And during that time, I learned about the good vegetable saturated fats, and I continued to eat avocados, etc. This was in 2018. I’m still here, and my numbers in my blood tests are still good. Unfortunately, I now also have other issues, leaky valves and small vessel disease.
