Is anyone using bevespi?

My insurance just discontinued Anora Elipta and my Dr prescribed Bevespi and I am wondering if anyone is using it?

Yes, I have been using it all for a while, but I’m not sure that it is doing any good. Whenever I use an inhaler, I always feel like it’s not going all the way down in my lungs.

I know. I’ve often wondered if it goes where it’s supposed to. I’m asking because in looking up the information, the side effects seem rather obnoxious. Wondering what would happen if I simply don’t use it.

@orangetiger I don’t have any side effects from using it. I have a spacer that I’m supposed to be using that helps it gets in the lungs better but I usually don’t mess with it.

I was told by the Pharmacist to clean spacer after each use because it is a mist.
Spacer is if you cannot breathe out or inhale properly.
I use the spacer for Albuterol though.

@susies215 Are you using a Spacer with the inhaler. It will aid in getting the medication to your airway instead of remaining in your mouth. If not, call that Pulmo office nurse and ask her to get you one which she should have done in the beginning. If not, get on Amazon or one of the Medical supply companies and order a Monaghan Aerospace. It will help tremendously
