What does one do when mother is killing her child and no one will help
My ex is killing my son and no one will help she manipulates everyone around him to think he doing great. Yet he tells me she gives him salt and mayo will not even talk to me. I am forced to sit on my hands while my son is being killed slowly.

@tylermcdonald, this sounds very distressing and dangerous. Are you able to talk to your son's pediatrician or family physician about your concerns?

1 ReactionThats the problem with this disease and why its so hard to stop. She just manipulates them to think im crazy and she is extremely good at getting people to believe her. A few nice comments and a your doing such a great job and she has them convinced im evil. It is very close to impossible for me to convince anyone anything. She moved 1.5 hours away because everyone caught on to her back here. It took 15 years for people here to even see it. Everyone back here knows but she is in a different state now.
@tylermcdonald but to answer your question many many times, last time i took him in she was actually rude to me and treated me like I was slow or something. I have no idea what she says to them but she sure can turn everyone against me. My whole family sees the changes in him. Extreme changes! But new year new teachers and suddenly no one knows what he is actually like.

What has your son been diagnosed with? How old is he? What medication and treatments does he need?
Do you have shared custody of your son and coparent him with your ex? Do you pay child support and provide health insurance coverage? This would help you have a say in your son’s care.
You may want to consult an attorney for options in healthcare power of attorney and legal custody.

Does your son tell you what else he’s fed? Is he given large amounts of salt and mayo or incorporated in his food for flavor?
You can contact Child Protective Services to begin with. They will have to investigate once they get a report of child endangerment.
@astaingegerdm if child protective services cared I have contacted 15 times at least. I have tried everything I need to know what to do when everything else fails

1 ReactionHe says salt water, i have contacted cps 15 times and they have yet to open a case. The police 4 x others in my family have contacted cps dr has contacted cps. This has been happening for over 2 years now no one has done anything.
@colleenyoung she has munchausin by proxy i have talked many times with them about my concerns. I have even had him seen by several other Doctors. But she is there every time and has an excuse or just turns her charm on and suddenly they are on her side and im the bad person. Its a vicious cycle and I cannot break it when I say I tried everything I mean that.

This sounds very dangerous. You probably need a lawyer who deals with similar issues.
I know of cases where a parent is suspected of Munchausen by proxy where the child is separated from the parent- such as hospitalization- to see what effect it has on the child.
How old is your son? Has he himself been interviewed by a child psychologist?
He has not been interviewed the problem with that is I need a referral for any and all that I have inquired about. And cps needs to open a case but several calls to the police 15 cps calls made by me over 2 years and 2 family members calling in, 2 Doctors and cps has not yet opened a case or anything.
