Anyone else have fibromyalgia and hypothyroidism?

Does anyone else have fibro and hypo? I was diagnosed with fibro 15 months ago and hypo 3 months ago. Wonder what I’ll be diagnosed with next.

I also have fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism, Raynaud's, peripheral neuropathy, bilateral occipital neuralgia, Sjogren's, Sarcoidosis, chronic migraines, severe cervical stenosis and severe lumbar stenosis. Many years ago I tried Lyrica but I had a bad reaction to it. Brand Cymbalta helped my fibromyalgia. However, the "brand" was recently taken off the market. As a result I have to take a generic Cymbalta. It doesn't help as much. I also take Gabapentin for another condition I forgot to mention.... glossopharyngeal neuralgia. I am 73 years old. Hugs and blessings to all of you in pain. I can relate.

Kellee53, I've had fibro for 30 years and was diagnosed with Hashitmotos Thyroiditis in 2017 and then a wrong
diagnosis of Graves Disease 2 years ago. It was switched to Subclinical Hyperthyroidism. I do believe greatly
that Thyroid disease and Fibro go hand in hand.

The jury is still out about Fibro being an autoimmune disease. Personally, I believe it is. If you have one
autoimmune disease, you are prone to have more.

You may have to play around with the thyroid meds to get the "right fit" for you. I take Methimazole 5 mg.
It has helped greatly.

Blessings & Prayers to you as I empathize.
