What smartwatches & apps are you using?

I need to replace my smartwatch, and I am considering using a different brand. Most important is being able to tell the tracker to track a flare. I do not have that option right now. I was going to make a change anyway. Assuming this is not against the community rules, what are you all using?

They collect your health data which is sold to data brokers and insurance companies. Insurance companies can use that information to deny coverage/or charge higher rates.

Best advice say NO to smartwatch's or health app's, protect your privacy.
