Ok, Teresa. My brain and spinal MRIs are next month. They are looking for a spinal leak. I have had 6 blood patches in my spine in the past years with no relief.
My journey started in January, 2020. Maybe long Covid? Appointment after appointment, finally diagnosed with Vestibular Migraine and PPPD. Failed many of the standard Rx for migraine. Currently on 20 mg. of Propranolol 2x a day for prevention. Reyvow for the abortive. Still dizzy when walking and can only walk for about 10 minutes before triggering nausea and extreme dizziness to the point of falling down. It has taken a toll. My only suggestion is to find a neuro who will continue to see you and search for answers rather than passing you off to a nurse for maintenance. PT was somewhat helpful but not a silver bullet. Hope this helps.
