Anyone had experience with OsteoStrong, who is not a franchisee?

Has anyone had experience with OsteoStrong? It suggests you will get a large increase in bone density while using their facility 10 minutes per WEEK. Somewhat pricey at $99 and up per month, but am curious if anyone who is NOT a franchisee, has experienced this program?

I’ve been going for almost 2 years. My bone density numbers got better after the first 6 months and I need to get another test. BUT, there is no question that I am so much stronger since joining. Where I go in Ft Myers Fl we do a lot of balancing exercises too.
About a year ago I bought a vibration plate and try to use it daily. Good luck to you!

Are you still in the program and happy with it?

Yes, I’m in year 3. My bone density tests have shown improvement each time. I take calcium and d3 and am definitely stronger than when I started. I won’t take any osteoporosis drugs.
Good luck to you

I have been going to osteostrong for a year. There is only one franchise in my area (Los Angeles) that has an agreement with the united healthcare renew program; so it's covered for me. However, I am not sure it's doing any good? I did maintain my dexa scores, so who knows? I am also doing a lot more exercise, strength training. I was hoping it would improve my posture/kyphosis and unfortunately even though they said it would help it hasn't.

I enrolled in the Osteostrong facility in Washington. After two years of faithfully attending sessions, my recent Dexa scan showed a worsening of osteoporosis from approximately -2.5 to -2.9. I am aware of a law suit against Osteostrong for false information given to their franchisees. I would suggest carefully exploring before joining.

I am looking in my area. Is it expensive?

I just had a phone call with them yesterday. $147 per month 1x per week. They have a la cart (additional therapy options) didn't sign up, reading a lot cons to pros and no scientific proof. So on the fence at this minute.

I have been going to OsteoStrong for about 18 months and am very pleased. I think the price is very reasonable for a one on one coach and treatment. My Dexa scan shows maintaining my bone mass which I am very pleased about. As long as I can stay where I am at I think it is a win! And I think the new research is very clear that this is a reasonable treatment for bone loss.

I have been going for 5 years and my dexa has improved. I did some research and if you go to the NIH website it has a study that Osteostrong improved Tubercular Bone Scores.
