Infomercial with Elizabeth Moffett, Respiratory Therapist

Posted by rozie83 @rozie83, Apr 17 1:22pm

Somehow I got sucked into a long infomercial by a woman who claims to be a leading respiratory therapist in the country. I knew that she would eventually talk about her product, but I didn't realize the talk would be so long. She gave background on her investigation into a product that could help people with mucus accumulation. She didn't mention BE, but she did mention other lung diseases and clumped the rest in. The product is called Breathe and you use one to two droppers each morning. Honestly, I had already spent valuable time already that I stopped before it got to the price.
The ingredients are Mullein, Peppermint, Ginger Root, Thyme leaf, Lemon Peal Extract, Manuka Honey.
I am fairly new to BE and to this site, so this may have already been discussed.
I am wondering if anyone has heard of this and if there has been any research on these ingredients about which you know.
I am 83, diagnosed about a year with BE. Using a puffer but no other device at this time.
Thank you. Roz Wattel

Here is a review calling this a scam, and stating that Dr. Elizabeth Moffett does not endorse it and did not do the infomercial:

When it comes to infomercials and other website advertising, I always say if the product was that great, word of mouth would sell it.
There is a lot of free information available here about clearing your airways - and it comes from the experts like National Jewish Health, Dr Pamela McShane, and NTMir.org

Please note that the doctor referred to in the testimonials denies being involved in the website, testimonial, etc. This is a scam!
