Just finished adding "Ivory Soap, bar form!" to my grocery list -- many thanks for that, especially if it works -- but now I have to ask, what could the science behind that possibly be? I am NOT a scientist, by any stretch of even MY overactive imagination, but I am struggling to find even an iota of of evidence to suggest of bar of soap under a bedsheet will improve a leg issue of unknown etiology, lol! Not gonna lie, can't way to see if this works.
For me it's bad muscle weakness in the hands and arms with increasing tremors. I had small benign tremors coming into it now it's just been blown up. Number two difficult to say when I'm hungry and thirsty so I go by the clock. When food comes to me I'll eat it my appetite is good but because of the arm weakness and tremors I can't use utensils very well. I think this is dysautonomia.
Yes. Hard to pick only 3 when there are now we'll over 200 symtoms. Nausea has always been the worst for me, followed by lightheadedness and CFS also. Best wishes and good luck to you.
Hi. Just joined today. Yes, the nausea is the worst. Zero appetite. Do you wake up at 4 am vomiting? No matter what time I go to bed, I frequently wake up w/ a jolt & immediately throw up. The palpitations are tied for #2 worst with the limiting fatigue.

I'm so sorry you are suffering. I also set my clock to eat & drink b/c I have zero appetite but can't allow even more weight loss. I'm 5'10" & went down to 102 lbs. Now I'm stable at 115 w/ a goal of 130-140 (my former baseline). Do you also have problems w/ food aversion? Some foods I used to enjoy repulse me now.

I don't have food aversion per se. But since I haven't eaten at restaurants and I really can't now cause it would be too embarrassing, it would be hard for me to eat Rich food. It's all home-cooked meals for me now but I will say the best meal out I've had lately was at McDonald's where I ordered a quarter pounder and french fries without salt. That way they make it up fresh and I just gobbled it down. That will put some weight back on you. But for me McDonald's is a twice or three times a year thing. I've also taken a lightning to unsalted nuts peanuts and pistachios and whatever they just nibble on during the day cause they're easy for me to eat and they taste great. That will also Restore some weight for you. Best of luck!

I have pulsating tinnitus which is real annoying, I also have body vibrations which are concerning. I read through the comments and didn't realize the vibrations may be due to covid.
Hot flash
The way I see it is that in our position now, anything is worth a try. Who knows? Good luck.

Does anyone think a course of Paxlovid (2 years after acute COVID) is worth trying?

Top 3: nausea (that vomiting does not relieve), palpitations (1036 "events" recorded on my 2 week heart monitor), and limiting fatigue.
Roadog66. Thanks for you reply and info. Best of luck to you.
They all suck, but my three worst are brain fog, dry mouth, and weird dreams EVERY night.

I want to try a 15 day course of Paxlovid myself. I think it's worth trying as long as it's a 15 day prescription, no more or no less.
