If you have not seen a GI doc you should. I think improving the GI issues was what improved the heart palpitations. they thought it might be a heart issue, but heart completely checked out ok.
I have pulsating tinnitus which is real annoying, I also have body vibrations which are concerning. I read through the comments and didn't realize the vibrations may be due to covid.
Linda. Thanks for the reply and info. My partner also has tinnitus and vibrations. Could you please clarify for her more about the vibrations you get. Thanks so much and good luck.
Went to Grand Rapids Mary Freebed. They did not provide any helpful answers that we did not find in our own research.

Yes. The theme seems to be that doctors have almost no knowledge of long covid and we are on our own, except for all the fine people in this discussion group and our own research. Thank you for your kind thoughts. So sorry about your situation and prayers and good luck to you also.
2.5 years in; Pain is my worst symptom. It's deep aching pain in muscles to the bones throughout my shoulders, arms, legs, fingers, toes, joints. It gets so bad that I am debilitated by the pain--I can't function or think because of the pain. low histamine, no added sugar GFCF diet has helped a lot. My functional doctor believes high histamine release and mast cell activation after Covid is driving this situation. She also believes that it caused my other symptoms.
My main symptoms are pain, high BP after Covid , tachycardia. The first symptoms were (sudden onset) high blood pressure, high heart rate. These happened month after Covid infection. The biggest symptom occurred after three months: Crippling pain throughout my arms and legs.

I am trying to manage the pain, there are times when it is better, and worse. I hope I am learning treatments and drugs to manage it. The diet that I mentioned helped a lot.
i had vertigo that lasted for 9 months, this started a couple of weeks after having covid. it finally went away. i had a really loud ringing in one ear, not really ringing, it actually sounded like someone was wadding aluminum wrap in my ear for the nine months as well, i had to keep music or the tv on all the time to try to drown out the sound, luckily it went away and hasnt came back,
I think it's different depending on how long it's been since you had acute COVID. In the beginning, the three biggest were lung and heart related. But now, after 5 years, it's fatigue, brain fog, muscle and joint pain.
Covid 3.3 yrs ago gap of breathing difficulty lasting 3 yrs but other s of fatigue and very cold purple feet and calves still present.Even in Summer have to wear bed socks!!! Now started getting cramps in feet at night.
I have restless leg but is simple to over come for me , just put a bar of ivory soap under your bottom sheet, it may take 2 or3 weeks to work ,I know it works.
Just finished adding "Ivory Soap, bar form!" to my grocery list -- many thanks for that, especially if it works -- but now I have to ask, what could the science behind that possibly be? I am NOT a scientist, by any stretch of even MY overactive imagination, but I am struggling to find even an iota of of evidence to suggest of bar of soap under a bedsheet will improve a leg issue of unknown etiology, lol! Not gonna lie, can't way to see if this works.
For me it's bad muscle weakness in the hands and arms with increasing tremors. I had small benign tremors coming into it now it's just been blown up. Number two difficult to say when I'm hungry and thirsty so I go by the clock. When food comes to me I'll eat it my appetite is good but because of the arm weakness and tremors I can't use utensils very well. I think this is dysautonomia.
I did see a G.I doctor and she performed an ultrasound, upper endoscopy, colonoscopy and an MRI. She only saw some slight irritation in my stomach.
