Pseudomanosis: what is your protocol/medications
I was diagnosed with pseudo 18mo ago Dr put me on inhale tobramycin, inhaled albuterol & 3% saline (now i do 7%). Twice a day (most days I was able to some days couldn't). Also do airway clearance. I do not have an aerobika. Just the plastic nebulizer tubing supplied by veterans.
In my last two cycles of tobi i had bad ear ringing. Told dr don't want to have that again-so he has stopped Tobi. And has said there is nothing else to use.
I find that hard to believe.
What meds are you on?

If you are interested in weight loss, the first place to start is your primary provider. It will probably require a physical, some blood tests and a med evaluation to see if you are a candidate. But the drugs are not a cure-all. You will still need to commit to lifestyle changes like diet (not dieting) and exercise to succeed.
I have also been prescribed gentomycin inhaled in the nebulizer.
I’ve used Cipro and levoquin during bad exacerbations over the years. It worked great. I will caution that it can affect your tendons. Once in a yoga class I was stretching and pointing my toes and they went into a cramp like a charlie horse. When my toes finally relaxed I had nerve damage and one toe sits higher than the others and doesn’t bend the way it used to. Also periodically my Achilles heel would ache a lot and I did worry about that tendon as well. Just something to keep an eye on.
