Blood pressure drops when exercising.
Does anyone else have experience with even mild exercise causing their blood pressure to drop? My Heart Stress Test had to be aborted because merely ambling on the tread mill caused continuously falling blood pressure. Thank you!

With my wife having diabetes and going through training myself with her endoctronologist to be able to test and give her glucose shot or insulin if emergency have learned a lot.
You say you do have diabetes and check every morning. As mentioned and I am sure you know when you do a finger prick blood test it represents real time glucose level at that time not the time when you were exercising over several hours.
When you exercise over several hours you will burn off a lot of glucose and your glucose would go down. It is why I asked about did or were your drinking fluids especially those with electrolytes.
One poster when I was posting about her highs stated she walks around when her glucose gets high and it decreases on it's own verus taking additional insulin. So you can see if exercising like you did could have brought your glucose level down since you are a diabetic. But like I mentioned you can get low glucose, and problems with electrolytes when exercising even if you don't have diabetes.
Next time (but hope you don't have one) test your glucose and see if that could be a cause. If is not at least you can write off that as being a cause and look for another cause. I have to say again your symptoms are exactly what happens to my wife when she has low glucose. She has had several episodes and I know what to look for. I have glucose injection pins and also insulin injection when she is too far either way and is not able to do it for herself.
She has an automatic device with body sensors that monitors her glucose levels. It sends a signal to her phone. When her glucose gets to high or too low she gets a waring alert. That way she can adjust to eating/drinking to raise it or walk or add insulin to lower. Problem is the low insulin has happened mostly when she is sleeping and gets so low she does not have the mental alertness to eat or drink something.
Suggest if happens again check your glucose real time when it happens. And if not a glucose problem consider electrolytes and dehydration also as a cause to check.

I also have this issue. Note that I am not a medical professional. How often does this happen to you? How long does it last when it happens?
I have discussed with my general doctor for me it does not happen that often. When it happens to me, I also get an irregular heartbeat, which having low blood pressure will do.

I was always an avid exerciser growing up, hours spent wrestling, running (marathons), bicycle racing (100+ miles), and swimming.
Over the years, my activity level has gone up and down. Doctors always inform me that my numbers are really good.
Before COVID-19, I started working out a lot again, around 20 hours a week (Jiu-Jitsu, Running, Hot Yoga, Barre, Swimming, Yard Work, Shoveling (hand shovel), etc.)
During COVID-19, something changed (my age was 57 when that started). I was still working out about 6 to 10 hours a week, but I started once and a while getting low blood pressure and an irregular heartbeat.
In my case, it appears for about 1 day or under, then back to normal.
I keep records, and it just happened again (I am near normal now).
It's been about 9 months since the last time.
For me, it seems to be related to both stress from work and cardio output.
I am wondering if I am a person who got COVID-19, did not know it, and my system is different now.
