Whole Body Vibration for Osteoporosis
I’m looking into Whole Body Vibration to aid in bone building for osteoporosis. I’ve read that Low Intensity Vibration is better than high intensity. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Margie Bissinger’s workshop / seminar in 01/2025 was sponsored by Marodyne. How objective is her information when Marodyne pays ?
It has become a cottage industry of well connected individuals. I really am sad for the individuals pushing this very expensive LIV that seems to be struggling to find it's niche. All while, from the beginning, promises of "stimulating bone-forming cells, known as osteoblasts, thereby encouraging new bone growth. Concurrently, these vibrations may also reduce the activity of osteoclasts, the cells responsible for bone resorption or loss. Hence, this provides a two-pronged approach: it promotes bone formation while inhibiting bone degradation." All disproven by a well known study so many of us had placed hope in for the true efficacy of this LIV. So, now the tune keeps changing as to the possibilities of this miracle machine. I ve even seen that it can help with cancer patients. I believe it can't hurt anything but your pocketbook. The promises made have never been proven yet they'll find someone somewhere to publish it cured toe fungus. Good luck with it!
This is a serious disease not meant for sucking money from all of us diligently searching for answers.
If you re happy with the product great, but there ARE other LIV's on the market that are just as good IMO and way more affordable. Search for them. I cannot help but be forward on this topic, it's promoted by the well connected industry.
It is sad to see that there is a whole network of people presenting themselves as experts on OP selling misinformation, products…to seniors just for profits. We all have to be very cautious, do our research instead of readily trusting some of these people with big titles. SAD SAD.
