Are you dealing with porn addition or asking for someone else?

I to fight this ugly addiction...i don't know what keeps me going back to it.. I hate it's consuming my time and life like this 😪...not proud of myself ..

Balance out your feelings so when you are constantly going that direction find other good things you like to do. Go for walk, call to friend, read a book.,etc..

That works sometimes for me...im weak..and usually give in...sorry if to much information.. but...i think my lack of sex in my marriage is some of my problem...she's in menopause...and a lot of healt issues.. ..leading to my Addiction..not blaming her by no means

Y'all don't feel like the Lone Ranger! porn is making way to much money so many people have a problem with it. Just keep trying one day at a time and hopefully one day we all will be like wow I ain't that junk in a bit!

Addiction to porn falls into the behavioral addiction group, which unfortunately is not widely studied. There are many who struggle with this and identify it as being very problematic in their lives.

How can you overcome Lust ?
I’ve been corn addicted between 2021-23
But then I wanted to make a change , 24 was great, but I feel like now in 2025 it’s been great , but yet to be happy and I truly hate myself for this because I realized that I can’t overcome this on my own

It sounds like you recently started having some concerns about porn addiction again after having a period when you were not concerned, is that correct?

@nicolasrojas05, what changes did you make in 2024 that made that year great?

In 24 I started setting up goals and doing certain thing a to overcome my addiction , my porn consume was reduced be a lot on comparison for those prior years , this year I did kept those things going but I’m not happy with the outcome, is not enough yet for me in order to say that im free of porn
