Has there been any reports of iron depletion in the blood after receiving the Pfizer vaccine?

I had to get Iron infusions, as well.
So sorry you've had to deal with all this. I was never anemic before covid.

That idiot doctor refused to even do any research even though it's amply available with a simple google search!! I also told him about this forum! He works at the biggest hospital in Montreal. What a complete A hole!! Same for the gastroenterologist whose name is plastered all over the department of gastroenterology!!

My son is 16 and was not vaccinated but has had covid three times. He never had a problem with low iron. After having covid he now has low iron and has been put on an iron supplement by his doctor. He is also being treated for daily persistent headache that has been going on for two years since the first time he contracted covid.

So hard on a young person who should be enjoying an exciting time of life. My thoughts and good energy go out to your son and you.

We are all dealing with challenges but we learn to deal with what we can’t change and find new ways of managing our lives. Slowing down has left me more time for my art, there’s always an upside if we look hard enough.

I am also a writer, but unfortunately still have to work full time so for me there has been zero upside to initially losing my job due to covid and still dealing with significant health issues 5 years out. I wish I were more of a silver lining person, but there is nothing good about this for me.
