AFib after pacemaker

Had paroxysmal AFib prior to pacemaker. After 3 good weeks on pacemaker I have experienced AFib nonstop. Help?

Had my pacemaker since May 2022. It keeps my heart rate from dropping below 60 but is not for Afib! My Afib different problem. Last episode Jan 28, 2025 and was hospitalized to begin monitoring on new med, Sotolol. Afib corrected with Cardioversion on Feb 19, 2025. I now have had 3 cardioversions and an ablation since 2022. The Fun never stops❤️🤣
