Does anyone have any experience with MEIBO (PF) drops for dry eyes?
I've tried many suggestions from several ophthalmologists for my dry eyes, which started after Cataract surgery.
My current ophthalmologist at Mayo Clinic has suggested Meibo drops. She sent the Rx to BlinkRX, and with my insurance, it's $627!

I’ve heard 4x a day, however have spoken to people who take it as needed, when eyes feel dry, too much info, not sure what to believe.

Write Miebo on drug line. They will give you sites where you can buy Miebo on line from Europe for a very reasonable price- $151 for 9ml (3months worth) from New Zealand and Australia. It works and will not burn.
Like product also available via German Amazon.
I found Meibo so much better than Restasis which was useless. Meibo works immediately. The only side effect I felt was a momentary blurred vision. It isn’t cumulative. It’s effective for a period of time after each application.
I did ordered them from Apo-health Germany
Have and no experience but there is an article in the Minneapolis Star and Tribune in the last week or so saying that the main or only ingredient is a PFA (forever) chemical. The writer does not conclude that is necessarily a problem, but something to consider.
I attended the online conference with the Sjögren foundation 2 days ago. Someone had mentioned about the PFA in the Q&A session.
The Ophthalmologist advised not to use more than 4 times a day.
I have been on Miebo for about a year when I first got it I was on Medicaid because of being put on disability. After going back to my insurance it took a couple months of fighting to get these drops approved I’m not sure how they worked it out with Blink RX but I get them for free would have been $850 without insurance so do some checking. I have Sjögren’s, with the drops being a more oily drop it helps! It says use 4 times most days I only need after my morning shower and maybe late after noon since I also use Refresh gel drops at bedtime.
