Anyone using Nicotine patches for Long Covid?

There is lots of discussion on Facebook Long Covid forums about nicotine patches helping with long covid symptoms after a few days of adjustment to the patches. Any thoughts on this?

If anyone has had success with the patch, can you tell me how long it takes before you find any relief from Covid symptoms (I mostly suffer fatigue)? I've been trying 3 mg for about three days and feel no difference in focus or energy levels. Thanks.
