I have tried Trazodone for sleep. Lots of anxiety and depression running around in my brain. Especially at night or just sitting doing nothing. I have SMM which is one step away from MM. So right now it’s a wait and see approach. The thought is it might never progress or it could happen tomorrow. So back getting back to Trazodone. Yes it helped me sleep. Sleep some more. Sleep again. For 24 hours lethargic lazy foggy so tried taking 1/2 pill. Better results. Not so strong it knocked me out. I also take Effexor and Hydroxyzine. So that’s my two cents worth.
On the subject of red light devices, here is my personal experience with one. I had plantar fasciitis with a bone spur for almost a year that did not respond to injection and as a person who walks 3-6 miles a day I was beyond myself not being able to walk. I purchased a red light device and used it 5 days a week, 10 minutes per day with the bottom of my feet pointing toward the device about 6”’from it. Within a week I noticed results and within 2 weeks I was back out walking again with continued improvement using it as stated. Made a believer out me. I have read so many articles that it can help with thyroid, osteoporosis, hair loss, sleep etc so I say why not try it. I personally have not noticed a benefit for sleep or other conditions yet but I keep at it. I use the Red Rush 400 and they had a discount at the time using the discount code Energy Blueprint. Not sure if that is still offered.

1 ReactionThanks for sharing your experiences. There are numerous research papers on the effects of light on various body systems. But I'm skeptical on whether or not those results will transfer to a specific commercial device. But I'm giving it a try. So far with me, with only a weeks usage, no effect.🤞

1 ReactionI fall asleep easily but wake up a lot. Trazodone just before I turn out the light helps me sleep through the night. Definitely works for me.
I’ve been taking Trazodone (as needed) for about a year. It’s been a great help far as me getting a full nights sleep!
I have been on trazodone over 30 years and I still go through periods where I don’t sleep and I am on a high dose of 300 mg at bedtime
50 MG
