Vertigo
Anyone having issues with vertigo/nausea coming from cervical problems? I have to be careful of head movement or I will get a stab of dizziness. How are you guys dealing with this issue?

Have you tried CBD/THC oil?
Not sure if it works I just showed my mother. Worth a try at least you get a foot massage! Massage upward 3-5 minutes morning and evening . If it helps pass it on!
@jean1108 Vertigo can have a physical cause such as when cervical vertebrae are out of alignment or twisted due to muscle spasms. A physical therapist can help. I had this issue and my PT was able to resolve it. It tended to reoccur and having a cervical fusion calmed everything down. It doesn't happen anymore.
Thank you for info. I have been told the vertigo comes from my neck. I want to contact a physical therapist. Do you live in Chicago area? I’ve had vertigo off and on for forty years. It’s the worst! Jeanie Link
Is that a wrist or foot? Can’t tell from photo.
It’s a Foot
To what do you attribute hand numbness at night? I saw your post and it caught my eye. I’ve been dealing with this for over a year. I don’t have a definitive diagnosis though am seeing neurologist, ENT and rheumatologist. I’m doing better with some of my other symptoms, but night awakenings with numb hand…either left or right..never both at once, continues intermittently. I do not have vertigo.
I don't know. Could be my C-spine, I suppose. This has been happening for a few years.
I have same symptoms when getting up after sleeping in bed. Not every day, just sometimes. Mild vertigo or nausea. Gradually goes away after getting up.
I have been suspecting cause is my head position during sleep. Seems to occur when I wind up on my back, not on my side.
Sorry, I have no answers. Just had X-rays of my neck due to pain. Findings show multiple degenerative cervical issues. Maybe
it’s the cause; don’t know. Have yet to follow up with Drs.
My son had cervical issues like yours. He had surgery through the front of his neck. A 2 week recovery and he was back to work. Cervical is way easier than lumbar. Had a fusion 10 years ago and was never the same.
