Vertigo

Anyone having issues with vertigo/nausea coming from cervical problems? I have to be careful of head movement or I will get a stab of dizziness. How are you guys dealing with this issue?

I have been suffering 24/7 constant vertigo (including constant false sense of motion, vision disturbances, nausea, etc) since August 2021, and have not been medically cleared to drive since then and will probably never be able to drive again. I wake up with the vertigo, it is with me all day, and go to bed with it.

I take meclizine twice a day to keep it more tolerable, and take xanax if it gets really out of control.

Vertigo still scares me every day. I don't think I will ever get used to this.

There is a YouTube series called The Steady Coach, which some friends of mine have found helpful with their vertigo. Maybe check it out. Good Luck!

25 years of migraines, woke from c56 fusion 2007 with cervical vertigo. Just saw Cleveland clinic expert on this condition. Only answer for me, because it's both sides, occipital nerve block and when that quits working, have to go back to Cleveland clinic to scrape scar tissue around each nerve. I had pain from under skull where it attaches to the neck, pain over ears and eye pain, of course dizzy and nauseous.
