To what do you attribute hand numbness at night? I saw your post and it caught my eye. I’ve been dealing with this for over a year. I don’t have a definitive diagnosis though am seeing neurologist, ENT and rheumatologist. I’m doing better with some of my other symptoms, but night awakenings with numb hand…either left or right..never both at once, continues intermittently. I do not have vertigo.
