Lignosus to help support lung health
Lignosus has recently been brought to my attention. Does anyone have any experience taking it? Natural plant based tigers milk mushroom.
I have MAC, Bronchiectasis, CF and was treated for psuedomonas last year after a bronchoscopy too. Doing all possible to avoid big 3 because of history with C Diff - 2x.
Thanks in advance for any feedback. Good or bad.
Happy Thursday!

@leisa The mouse studies are very promising!

The human studies are not yet published in full, but sound good too.

Have been using lignosus faithfully for a few years now. Haven't had MAC so I will continue using.
What brand of Lignosus do you use ? Where you get it? Thanks,
I get online.....hope photos help
Thank you, I’ll try that ❤️
I wonder if Lignosus helps with infection or just inflammation. I notice the company that sells it has a product for pets. I am going to try it for our dog who has very reactive airways and is on a inhaler.
Nootropics Depot also sells Tigers Milk mushroom, $39 for 60 capsules. It's also in one of their cacao powdered beverages. Fifty percent beta glucans is higher than most medicinal mushrooms, so there could be some immune benefits. Good luck!
yes, I have used it, but no real change except for more mucus being brought up.
I think the treatment that may work in the future is P63 lung stem cells.
These cells play a crucial role in the regeneration of the Alveolar after injury by airway secretory-cell-deprived P63 cells.
Early small trials have yielded positive results. Larger trials are coming.
no side effects? are you on other meds?
