Same. First they said CIDP. BUT when nerve and muscle biopsy done. Said no. Now saying generic Lupus Polyneuropathy. Committed to say rare unknown disorder including a couple different autoimmune disorders
I am experiencing the same thing. Full body tingling/pins and needles, with kind of sudden onset. I do not have deficiencies and by all account am a very healthy 37/F. I have an appointment with a neurologist on Monday. Where you prescribed any medications?
Hello! What did the neurologist say? My daughter is experiencing whole body (except face and neck), for 3 weeks now. She had a brain CT at the ER and that was normal. She has an appointment with a neurologist tomorrow.

Did you ever figure out what caused your full body numbness? I have this and I'm really scared but I also have deficiencies so I don't know what is what I was diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy.
Hello! I still have not figured out what it is, but it may be small fiber neuropathy. Do you have an Autoimmune Disease, Have Covid or are you insulin resistant? I am trying to figure out if possibly one of these things is bringing it on. I don't have diabetes, but am pre diabetic because of either covid or whatever brought all of this on. Maybe an undiagnosed Autoimmune. I have had thyroid disease for a long time, but I have many symptoms of NeuroSjogrens.We also have tons of Lupus in the Family.

I have had this. Entire body including face and scalp. Not so much of the back. I do take plavix and aspirin. By reading not uaee if this could be the cause. I have server cervical stenosis but that wouldn't be causing scalp and face to alos be numb.

I have full head body and limbs numbness and tingling , with more intense tingling sensation in my face . All of leaves me feeling extremely exhausted. Initially it was in my face growing further down my body. I woke up the following morning with an very intense painful sensation from my lower back down my legs through to my toes, which made me feel like , I’d gone on a 25 mile marathon in my sleep! I’m a fairly fit guy overall at 67 years of age recently have been diagnosed with high cholesterol ’ inherited from my late father. Was prescribed ‘Anti statins’ initially at 20mg then updated to 40mg after 2 weeks . 2 weeks later I started getting pins and needles with numbness , thought it may have been related to the Anti statin increase to 40 mg . I tried to discuss it with my doctor, but as always unavailable sent him a email saying that I have concerns over increased dosage and was going to return the lower dosage . Waited for a response none came … saw another Doctor which didn’t connect my symptoms to a Stroke? Just re-prescribed with another drug.. Question has anyone had a similar experience with ‘Statins? All my research leads my conclusion to a Stroke..

i'm just going to comment on some of your symptoms because they also affect
my daughter too and she associated it with LRS but has
content that out due to too many other symptoms.i will be keeping track of
your progress with what you put in comments. I do know that diet can also
bring on some of these symptoms and will send a prayer for you to get the

It is estiamted that about 200,000 people in the US have PsA without having psoriasis. There is no test for PsA so a lot goes undiagnosed..

@summer58 as a retired RN with 40 years experience your symptoms don’t sound like stroke symptoms. I suggest you get a neurology consult.
