I take 200 mg Tramadol and 900 MG of gabapentin throughout the day. for pinched nerves and arthritis pain. I also take a full aspirin every morning and stil, I cannot walk more than 2 blocks without severe back pain. I am soooo tired. Anybody else who is just fatigued from constant pain?

Have you gotten other opinions? I was diagnosed with this thing seven years ago. Same deal: need fusion surgery; got fusion; no pain relief, called "failed back surgery syndrome". How convenient. I'm not suggesting that you not get the surgery. Just look into other options. This surgery is a major surgery. Don't jump into it without knowing more.

Hello, The PTM, the Bolus used to be very small, now Medtronic Bolus is so big and it takes a longtime before you get a dose!! Not like it used to be!!! The small bolus took 2 seconds to work and using it in public no even notices it! People stare when I use it now!!!
My dr. gave me Oxycodone, horrible, does nothing for chronic nerve pain!!
Does anyone know anything about small Memory Loss? It happened DEC. 2,2024, I could nor get appt. until 2/21 for MRI!! My brain is worse, hard to explain??????? I'm scared! Before that I fell had a brain bleed second CT it was gone. I'll the results after the MRI!!!

I'm sorry, I don't know about that Medtronic product, it sounds like we are talking about 2 different things. I'm sorry about what you are going through. I am a chronic pain patient myself, but I'm not to that point.... yet. I don't have nerve pain, I have Tarlov cysts on my spinal nerves and really bad arthritis in my spine. I've had the nerves burned in my spine twice, I forgot the medical term for it, ablation or something like that. Only works for about a year then they come back with worse pain than before. The pain meds are not working anymore. I'm afraid to tell my doctor, I don't want him thinking I'm a drug addict asking to "dope up" but this pain has me in tears at night and I cannot sleep for more than 4 hours at night. I just put my trust in God that He has a plan and it is something better than this...... Good luck with your journey.
