Anyone experience morning anxiety / depression?
My particular thing.... I feel anxious but ok when I wake. Then will peak along with depression mid morning, then Wayne off and will feel better.
Anyone dealt with a similar pattern and if so how did u manage it?

I am Nataliya , i have same problem , what is the calming app? could you share with me , please
The “calm” app is available thru most app stores. Some you pay for others are free. My app is called CALM. It lets you direct thoughts and senses to the now. Listening to breathing. What are you touching or hearing. Makes you focus consciously of clearing your thoughts to self awareness. It’s about 15 minutes of mindfulness. Relaxes your body. Clears your head. Peaceful soothing and helps me sleep.
Put a comment under anxiety and depression in morning. Any questions let me know about calming app
Anxiety and or depression can come any day or time of the week for me. Nights can be worse for sure. Sleepless in Minn. Having Smoldering Multiple Myeloma a precancerous illness is like a time bomb waiting to go off. Never know when it will happen. So I wait and worry stress myself out. Take pills. Stay busy not because I want to but because I have to. A merry go round I can never get off or stop. Never ending.

I did sleep test , that show my legs and hands shakes on night .Addition i have in the morning body vibration and thru day .It need to change Lexapro -says doctor who made sleep test .Also I am concern to see the calm app . thank you
So it’s free for 30 days. The calm app. Look it up on line and register for free trial. I can’t forward anything thru this cause I am computer illiterate. So the shaking and vibrations are caused by meds? Or is there a nervous condition involved? There is a difference between shaking and vibrations. Vibrations more nerve related and shaking muscle maybe nerves. Not sure. Have you had seizures? Don’t they hook you up and do brain scans while sleeping? Lots of questions.
