Hi,
Look for the scientific proof and not anecdotal evidence, that is my guide. If it can't be backed up with verified scientific proof, look no further. If science hasn't found a cure how would anyone else! Just treating the symptoms is all you can expect, if you are lucky. There is no cure that I'm aware of yet.
Cheers

5 ReactionsI had breast cancer many years ago and a short time later my feet started to tingle. Eventually my feet got worse and then my hematologist said the neuropathy was caused from one of the chemotherapy used for my breast cancer. You can’t win!

2 ReactionsThank you so much for the great info. I will research your info. Glad to hear you are doing better. Susan
I find lifestyle change makes the biggest difference apart from meds.
Healthy diet. ZERO sugar including honey, artificial sweeteners, nothing. I found major improvements.
Careful on salt too. Eat anti inflammatory.
I wasn’t able to wear socks on my left foot for a few years, until I found out that these gel socks prevents most of the pain and I can now wear shoes and socks at work. None of my neurologists have heard of this solution, so I pass it on and hope it’ll help some of you.

1 ReactionI have the Abbot electric impulse device implanted in my back and can find no improvement. Nothing I have tried helps. My doctors have prescribed everything. Jeff

1 ReactionBIG RED FLAGS!!!
• In general, these ingredients are helpful for neuropathy in the correct form, amount, and quality, but no 'one' supplement provides what we need.
• This company does not list the amount of each ingredient, which means it most likely has too much or too little. They use the wrong form of ALA, and they don't list the herbal extracts they use, which can be dangerous for some people.
I take all of these ingredients daily, but from quality medical-grade brands I trust, in the correct form and safe therapeutic amounts. I listed the recommended therapeutic dosages below, but always check with your doctor.
• Turmeric: I take this daily but make my own tonic from fresh turmeric.
• Root extracts: This is vague. I don't recommend taking unknown herbal extracts. They can interact with medication and exacerbate some medical conditions. I take ashwagandha and gotu kola root extracts for inflammation and nervous system health.
• ALA: this should be R-ALA, not ALA, 250 to 500mg 2x daily. (some people experience side effects from ALA, so use caution)
• CoQ10: 100 to 300mg daily.
• L-Carnitine: 1,000 to 3,000mg daily.
• Magnesium Glycinate: 320 to 500mg daily based on age and gender. I hope this answers some questions!

3 ReactionsSame here - especially the ALA not being specified as to type and amount, and the root extracts being like you said, vague.

1 ReactionHi again,
Fred here in Coloraod with mynlast experience and please that All of us neuropathy suffers reach out to JFK for possible help from Germany and ay other countries who might have some really great ideas/solutions for this terrible condition!!! In my humble opine big farma and the Feds have wowrked together to promote/allow all these false doctors and non-regulated companies to rip all of us off and to no avail!!!
Lack of dependency on all these claims that are false annd misleading on
illnesses. Semper Fi.
I am guessing that "Mama Bear Oasis (Magnesium Body Butter" ), advertised for neuropathy relief, is yet another magic solution that doesn't work. Has anyone tried this for an extended period with improvement noted?
