Well, I travel to see one of my lung docs, to SF, where my BIL lives so we visit him and see the doc at the same time. It helps me to have her as well as my local lung doctor. Both are good at providing different insights and respect one another.
So sorry dupixent stopped working for you. I never understand why treatments work and then stop working. Good luck in figuring out your path forward. Wish it wasn’t so confusing.
Today was 2 weeks since my 1st injection so the NP came back to re-instruct and observe while H gave me my 2nd injection on the other side of my belly. I was able to stay still and we HOPE I won’t bruise this time. Time will tell—tomorrow!
Already, I am noticing that I am getting higher pulse oximetry readings than usual. I normally rarely ever get above 93%, but now I get up to 95% sometimes. Higher pulse oximetry readings are definitely appreciated and hopefully it will lessen my need for O2 for activity!

So happy for your Pulse Ox results. Remember that you must also keep on the move, with either pulmonary rehab or at the gym preferable with an experienced trainer. Wishing you continued success with the Dupixent.

I always have someone else inject me especially a medication like this one. It is thick and painful when injected and the counting for the amount of time is exacting. Someone else's hand and technique would be much better I would think.

I don’t notice that the Dupixent is thick—it does hurt a bit when the needle is inserted but not much more than any injection. The good thing is once the needle is removed, no pain.

Ah, probably why it hurts when I get the needle inserted whereas I normally don't feel it when I get normal vaccines. Oh well, it's just a momentary discomfort and I think the medication is helping me.
