How much do sinus issues complicate your lung issues?
I have constant sinus drainage issues that seem to be making my airway clearance more difficult and less effective. Short of being on antibiotics I have not been able to resolve this issue. Anyone have similar experience?

@scoop. Really, it does not melt? this is GREAT news! Even the black cap and the white tube? I add a steroid compounded medication to the saline rinse in the evening, so that would be most helpful.
I guess I am going to try it today.

@lilianna I typically purchase the product in a drugstore or larger grocery store but you can also order through Amazon. I always stock up when it is on sale in a pharmacy. As I’ve said, it is more expensive than the saline packages. The squeeze bottle version help, but if someone has an upper respiratory infection or thick mucus, the full stream option works, even if used now and then.
I purchase hydraSense, Daily Nasal Care Full Stream, strength. It is available in medium strength too. The box is a sea blue colour with red and white descriptions.
The other point I’d make is that it is a convenient nasal care product for travel. Hope that helps.
The name is NeilMed Squeezie. I think it’s silicone. It lies on its back and looks like a “little blue whale.” If you put that name in Amazon, it pops up.
