Scad heart attack with a fib

I’m a 72-year-old was on HRT for approximately 10 years. Cardiac doctor attributed the scad to the HRT therapy. Have been off of HRT now for over a year. I have A fib with RVR. Everything I read says to not have that done if you’ve had a scad heart attack anybody else similar situation

To not have......what....done? Do you mean an ablation?

To me, it would depend on the risk that another vessel might dissect. If the risk is small, I wouldn't think an ablation would be potentially risky.
