Grover's Disease: What works to help find relief?

I really need to try cilantro smoothies as I’ve seen so many shared stories. Just can’t get motivated but if it truly helps the itching without steroids will be worth the effort. As I write this I have an eruption on inside of my wrist. They pop up all over without notice.

It sounds like you have mild symptom's with GD. For most of us, including me the itching was intense along with constant pain, especially if any pressure is on the symptomatic area . Like you my sister has GD without intense symptom's and can't be bothered with the cilantro smoothies. She only gets it under her breasts, it's more like heat rash. It's unusual for GD to be on ones wrists. That would be typical of Allergic Contact Dermatitis, ACD which I have besides GD.
I have metal allergies and wonder if you are wearing a watch or bracelet. Also soap or detergent can get trapped under a watch or bracelet. Sometimes pressure is a trigger not only for GD but for other forms of eczema

You have my total sympathy ( and empathy!) It's a frustrating condition... I really did find relief with cilantro- not yet in remission but still hopeful. At least the constant breakouts and itching have stopped. Try the cilantro- you"ll get into a routine with it and it'll be easy:-)
