Does anyone have/wear inserts in their shoes?
Do these actually correct or help your condition? Are they for your feet, back, hips? There are these Good Feet stores popping up but there are no doctors there to fit you. I wonder.

I have spinal compression due to a fall and severe osteoporosis,and a lot of back muscular and bone pain from both would orthopedic shoes and or inserts help alleviate this pain??
I was told by foot surgeon to wear Hoka sneakers?
I looked up Hoaka sneakers/runners.
They look so nice. and it has the strong side protection
as well as the protective thicker sole.
I mostly shop at Winners in Canada.
The benefits are the price and I can try them on.
I usually buy the name brands.
I have a small supply, as I buy runners when I see them,
for 'back up'.
The Power Setup inserts look similar to the Scholls that
I buy. I also have 'back up'
The price may have increased since I quoted around $18 Cdn.
As Gretchen says, it helps plantar fasciitis.
I won't say 'I had it' past tense. It probably will flare up
if I don't take care of it.
