Walk-Fit is a firm plastic with adjustable instep inserts. I used the “standard insert” and it worked so well to solve my sciatica back pain that I convinced my stubborn (Missouri born) husband to get them for his painful knee & hip pain. It has worked for us & hope others will find relief and even be proactive of all skeletal pain. If walk-Fit isn’t available in store, order thru Walmart’s online shopping site (men’s & women’s sizes available).
