My nodule was discovered a couple of years ago by chance. So far it has been stable as determined by a CT scan. Good to hear on this forum that I am not the only one!

They found lung nodules just prior to my ablation. Said they look stable. However, no prior X-rays for comparison. Never smoked. I also have cysts on my kidneys and other places in my body. Wouldn’t doubt if they’re really cysts after all. 81 yrs old.

Five nodules were found incidentally while having a chest X-Ray. I had had a chest x-ray 8 yrs earlier; comparison showed nodules had doubled in size but still small and all ground-glass. I get CT's scans every 6-months for the next year, then 6-12 month intervals. The first 6-month scan showed No Change in size or shape and one had even disappeared ....i am a former smoker, stopped about 15 years ago, so we are watching closely.
