Does anyone wake up daily at 3am?
I have problems falling sleep. I haven’t able to have good night sleep as fatas I can remember. Went I finally fell sleep I have broken sleep pattern, and I wake up every night at 3am, I do not know why and I cannot fall sleep again, sometimes I go back to sleep at 6am. I do not feel refreshed in the morning. I have black circle under my eyes from the lack of sleep. Also feel irritated, sad, and brain fog/forgetful from lack of sleep. This is terrible. Any one have similar issues. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

I take 10 mg Ambien bit 5 mg at a time . I fall asleep by 9:45 then wake by midnight 🕛 always then take other 5 mg . Wake at 3 am , sometimes I fall right back other times I’m up an hour or two . Then wake every hour look at clock ⏰ til I get up at 7:30 am . I have chronic digestive disorders so everything starts at 3 am .
Try the Ambien .
a sleep study would help determine best course of action. Helped me a lot.
I have experienced every sleep and insomnia issue that you could imagine including waking up at 3:00 a.m. and not being able to get back to sleep we'll get him back to sleep a couple of hours later. I've tried numerous prescribed medications, some of which help but make me feel groggy and concerned about brain health. For several weeks now I have been getting approximately 7 hours sleep per night taking Delta 8 and Delta 9 gummies. I Take 5 mg Delta 8 in the early evening and a combination of approximately 20 mg of Delta 8 and Delta 9 at bedtime. This has helped me sleep throughout the night with minimal morning grogginess. There are numerous purveyors of gummies but one that I have been using that has high quality is The Hemp Doctor, which you can access online. They also have a phone number that you can call to talk about your need and seek their advice.
Insomnia like this is often a symptom of depression, and the irritability and sadness certainly is as well. Certain sedating antidepressants like trazadone or low dose amitryptilene can help a great deal. It’s also important to entertain the possibility of sleep apnea causing the daytime symptoms. I would discuss this with your Dr. Many PCPs will prescribe those meds. They are safer than sleeping pills and not addictive so can be used long term. They are both very old, tried and true meds, and are inexpensive. I hope you will consider this and talk to your Dr. A good night sleep is essential!
I am with you, Chuckie. Short story: tried seemingly every non-Rx solution for 3 AM wake-up issue. Only THC taken as an oral drop has solved by sleep issues. I have added numerous comments about it on these here screens. So happy that you have discovered what Mother Nature gave us. How long has it been useful to you?
I have tried it on and off for a while but only until about 2 to 3 months ago did I get the right combination.
Thanks
