Borderline criteria for Inferior infarc - What does this mean?

Follow up with your doctor but don’t worry about it.

My EKG’s over a few years showed infarct therefore were abnormal. I called office to explain and they told me the EKG will say that when it detects any abnormality in the heart. Such as HCM, leaky valve etc. it does not mean you had a heart attack.
Let your cardiologist do further testing to find out.
