Did anyone else suffer spinal stroke with rupture?

So 3 years ago my husband suffered a rupture out of no where. We didn't know he had heart issues but at the same time as the rupture he also had a spinal stroke from blood loss and he is now paralyzed from his chest down. Being paralyzed had led to sooooo many secondary issues but I guess I assumed that he would began regaining feeling work time but it only seems to keep heron worse. Any advise?
We are still pretty young I'm 40 and he's 47 we have a 8 and 10 year old. Being a 24 hour carer and mom without any support and now seems like no partner, is really weighing on me. I think mentally I'm breaking.

I can’t help with the question of whether it will get better. I think you are dealing with a lot regardless!! I just wanted to point out that there is a group for caregivers and those folks might be able to help you find support and identify techniques for managing everything.

You have so much to contend with. You need support from family, friends, this group, and the caregiver group that is mentioned above. Perhaps there is a caregiver support group in the town where you live. You might check with Senior Resources or local churches. My husband has mild dementia and I find the network I've managed to put together a great help. Talking with others who have similar problems at least makes you feel you aren't alone. I hope you and your family can get through this and find a peaceful way to live. I have a friend whose brother is a quadriplegic as the result of an accident. He's fairly young and has kids too. I'll check with her and see if she has any suggestions or recommendations.
