With my Medicare hitting the “donut hole “ my cost was $145 per month. Using Canadian Pharmacy I just paid $71 for a three month supply. (200 tablets) That’s a big savings!

Very easy to use and deal with and they send refill reminders.
But they don’t accept US credit cards. You will need to use an electronic check.
My husband and I entered into the so called donut hole last year and both are on Eliquis. I asked my PCP about drugs from Canada and he gave me information about a pharmacy that other of his patients had used successfully. LifeRx is the one we are using to get Apixaban/generic Eliquis. They offer several options as to amount, strength and source for the drug including the UK, India and, of course, Canada. It took awhile and some calls to their help line to order from their somewhat confusing website and at the time the payment methods included American Express as the only credit card they would accept. The other option was to use wire transfer which is what we use. I received notice that they now do not accept any credit card for payment. You must provide them with a prescription from your doctor...ours gave us one on a full 8X10 sheet. Easily legible and fax-friendly. LifeRx notifies us when we are eligible for refills and the refill process is quick and easy. The cost of my 3 month supply was under $70 the first time but the cost increased the next time to $76. This included shipping. The price fluctuates. Expect a wait time between 2-3 weeks to receive. I'll admit I was nervous about ordering from them and was anxious waiting for the shipment to get here but we are very satisfied with the price and the help line is available. Good luck.

Additionally, all pharmacies located in Alberta Canada can be verified by the Alberta College of Pharmacy, which LifeRx does not come up on their website.
LifeRx does not come up as a registered pharmacy. The bottom of the homepage of LifeRx Pharmacy states "Prescription medications and over the counter products dispensed from Canada through our affiliated Canadian pharmacy which is duly licensed by Manitoba Pharmaceutical Association. LifeRx Pharmacy also uses affiliated international pharmacies that are approved by regulatory authorities in their respective countries.In addition to having your prescriptions dispensed from our affiliated Canadian dispensing pharmacy, your medications are also dispensed from international pharmacies and fulfillment centers that are approved by the regulatory bodies from in their respective countries. LifeRx Pharmacy works with dispenses medications from fulfillment centers around the world in a variety of countries including and but not limited to Canada, USA, India, and the United Kingdom."
I fear the quality of the medication cannot be confirmed nor where the medication is coming from since it could be coming from Canada, USA, India, and the UK.

Hello, I have been ordering from LifeRx for a few years. It was recommended by my primary care doctor. He provides my husband and I with written prescriptions large enough to be photographed to send to them. The Apixaban is manufactured in India by Natco. Before ordering from them I did research the company and you might be well served to look into the Natco company. I understand your hesitance to ordering drugs from other than US big pharma, as did I but in my delving into certifications and licensing regulations which, understandably differ from those in the US or Canada, I was satisfied that the drugs we receive are manufactured by a well-regulated and award-winning company.
It is also evident that my husband and I are well anti-coagulated using Apixaban, known in India as Apigat, evidenced when either of us gets a laceration which is a bit deeper than a simple scratch. The biggest bugaboo in ordering from this company is that they do not accept credit cards. We send checks to Progressive Health Group. The somewhat lengthy time in receiving our orders (3 weeks) is not a problem since we order well in advance of running out of our meds. LifeRx also emails with timely reminders to order refills. Orders are also trackable online. The only time my order was delayed was after it reached the US and for some reason, shipped to California. We live in Wisconsin. I called USPS and the agent traced the shipment. She said that it had been properly addressed to us and couldn't tell me why it went to California.
Thank you for your concern, but considering the immense cost savings involved here, we will continue to use this company. As to this date we have found no reason to change. I suspect that once Apixaban is available in the US, we might reconsider but I have a feeling it will still benefit us to order from abroad, as projected costs for the generic in the US will still be considerably more than how we get it now.
