That's interesting because whenever I eat a sandwich with deli turkey my anxiety and palpitations go off bad. It makes sense now. Thank you. That's one dot I can connect. I'm still searching though because sometimes I will only take one or two bites of dinner and that will set it off and it can be any kind of food.

Maybe you’re just super sensitive to foods. I am. Consider that the palpitations you feel may make you think it’s due to anxiety or maybe you feel anxious simply because being aware of your heartbeat is unsettling. I’ve had trouble with palpitations and PVCs off and on for 40 years and always received good cardiac reports and was told both were harmless. My 4 years of sporadic afib is another story but again that started the same week as cancer meds. If you need to get your heart checked out for peace of mind then do so. Peace of mind is highly underrated. 😊
