My heart rate stays in the 50’s as well; I take propafenone 150 mg every 8 hours and bisoprolol 5 mg once a day for PSVT; I am pretty sure my low heart rate is due to the antiarrythmic medications. If you are getting symptoms like lightheadedness, fainting spells, etc…you should see your doctor.

My heart rate goes down to the 50's when I am in bed and relaxed. I thought that was within normal experience. Forties, I would talk to a doctor about. My cousin's heart rate goes even lower.

How old are you what type of medicines are you what type of meds are you and if you're getting dizzy lightheaded and passing out that is not normal if you're not experiencing symptoms then there's nothing to worry about. My my heart rates in the 50s when I'm sitting or walking around and I even go down into the 40s and 30s and my cardiologist does not think nothing about it if I get lightheaded or dizzy they tell me to sit down or lay down and drink more water and electrical lights and. They say a little heart rate is because you're active and you have to help a healthy heart. The older you get the slower it gets and they don't think much of it. If you're on beta blockers they don't think much of it. If you're on beta blockers in cut beta blockers in half. Do you feel tired and short of breath all the time. Want if you feel tired and short of breath they might want to see cats on you for 30 days and see how you are doing and then they might want to consider doing a pacemaker it depends on your symptoms and how you are feeling and how what does z-patch says. I have a pacemaker the only places when I go down into when I'm walking around when my heart stops or when I go down into only starts pacing when I go down to 44 or 35 went im walking around.no big I have third degree blockor when my heart stops I'm pacing about 10% now. Other otherwise my cardiologist doesn't care. I only see them once a year they tell me to sit down or lay down and keep hydrated drink more electrical light.im only in my . So best of luck to you 🙏🙏🙏mind 30ty.😁

My heart has stopped and my heart is gone down into the dirties in 20s when I'm walking around and up and about a lot of times my heart will be 45 or 35 when I'm up and about walking my heart will go down into 35 or even funny when I'm sleeping 50s is really good a lot of times I'm at 50 when I'm up in a house so 5o 50 sound really good for a heart rate while resting. Oh don't worry about it. My heart rate would go down into the 20s and my cardiologist whenever about it too much I'd be going down into the 20s and 30s when I was walking and climbing stairs doing my activities it would even do a 3 minute pause and they would say just sit down and lay down nothing to worry about so I don't think there's nothing to worry about but still talk to your cardiologist.

Mine is regularly in the low 50s & high 40s during sleep. I am not taking any medication regularly except a low-dose aspirin. My cardiologist said that is normal for me. My day time resting heart rate is high 50s/low 60s. I do have PSVT & POTS so it can spike to 140s just from walking across the room.

A very helpful group of comments above. My own sleep monitor shows 47 bpm low and 55 bpm avg while asleep. 76 years old. People are varied in their physiology.
