What helped to reduce my internal vibrations
I am sorry to read everyone's story and relieved that I am not alone. I have never tested postitive for covid but I feel that vaccine has a part in cauaing or at least contributed in worsening my symptoms; pain, tinglings, twitching and internal vibrations. I have complex symptoms I cannot count. I have a lot to say about my experience, maybe another time but just a quick message to say that I don't know what's causing them but some supplements, especially making radical changes in my diet seem to reduce my internal vibrations. Supplements alone didn't indeed stop them but stopping to eat many food did reduce them significantly. I don't know if it will work in your own case but maybe worth trying. Fasting also reduce the vibrations. I basically eat meat, chicken, vegetables (greens, cauliflowers, broccoli, zuccini, fresh peppers, hot pepper, spices, seeds, etc.) and mostly shelled nuts (less processed) but other nuts and seeds as well and drink bone broth. No gluten, no diary, no lactose, no fruit. I avoid eating scratcy vegetables (no peas, potato, etc), no rice, grains, lentils or fruit except blueberries and alike. I lost about 3 kgs but feel better although muscle twitchings are happening more often. I opted to olive oil mostly. I avoid frying my food. Also no sugar, no desserts, no coffee (rarely), eggs (rarely), no herbal tea, no gluten free flour or packaged gluten-free food because they are processed and have rice and corn flour in them etc. Avoid flour in general. I prefer hot water with frech ginger, fresh lemon juice, cinnamon, cloves black pepper and turmenic powder. I make green vegetable soup with chicken, ginger, hot pepper, etc. mostly. Be careful with the amount of lemon juice. I make my choices based on anti inflammatory and anti toxic approach as much as possible. I stopped using cosmetics like creams. I use natural soap. I opted for natural oils for my face and body which I use every day. I mix some oils and apply this on my body which seem to reduce or stop esp. nerve(?) pain on my low left side + my low back pain. I have been taking propolis powder and bee polen every day with water, vitamin B complex, a-lipoic acid (2 months), probiotics that are bile resistant (continous), - Vitamin C (could be with Rosehips & Citrus Bioflavonoids) - one table each gluten and lactose free. Also omega 3 (in triglyceride form, 2x1) OR krill oil (1×1). I have been taking probiotics for the last 7 months. I have been taking all others for the last 1,5-2 months. I have also used anti-parasitic medicine a few weeks ago and was on some anti-fungal medication for vaginal ph imbalance die to previous infections. I have a history of reoccuring UTIs and antibiotics didn't seem to work but make me feel worse. My immune seem to be weak. I try to avoid taking medicatios excepts some supplements as mentioned above. I will probably stopped alpha lipoic acid after finishing the box, and switch to a multivitamin and mineral after I finish vitamin B complex. I would particularly suggest to begin with a slow elimination of your diet and be patient. My approach again was to not eat too much and target healing the gut. I know how desperate one can feel and hope this helps someone. Please be careful when applying, always observe how you feel. I guess one needs to stick to this strick diet to see results if one can tolerate it. Please let me know if you see any changes. I still have other symptoms but this approach helped with reducing the internal vibrations significantly. I will try to write my story maybe another day. Best wishes.

Thanks for asking. This will be a bit detailed but I have had an ultrasound, CT whole abdomen, bloodwork, EMG, blood tests for general autoimmune diseases, whole spine MRI (demyelinating disease) are done but nothing remarkable, they said. Except the bloodwork and recent ultrasound, all are at least a year or some months old. I discovered a movable small mass (around 3 cm) on my left abdomen close to my hip where I also have weird sensations inside - like deep twitchings or tinglings. Because my complaints are mostly on my left abdomen and left back, I told my dr and I had an ultrasound which is said to be probably lipoma. My CT read I have small multiple lymph nodes in bileteral groins and aorta-something location but this wasn't found important. My ANA is positive (worked titre 1:100) but dr said this is negligible. I still haven't done colonoscopy because they do it but complete anasthesia, the patient sleeps completely. So I wanted to do it in another country where I can be half sleep, but I am scared of the procedure and the medication tbh. So my pain on left side (abdomen and from shoulder blade to under my heart to navel), tinglings, fasciculations (which I caught on video) continue and are aggravated particularly during stressful and long tiring working days. I had ascaris eggs in stool tests repeatedly but CT scan showed no ascaris in pancreas etc. I think around 2015, as a result of biopsy of a swollen lymph node on my upper thigh, they wrote I have chronic lymphadenitis but they could not explain it nor they did prescribe me anything for treatment. I feel that my right upper thigh is still larger in comparison to my left upper thigh. That's all I have on hand. My dr is aware of all but could not explain my symptoms; he actually has no idea as the tests come normal.
This is an interesting conversation. As far as I know I did not have covid. and my internal vibrations are now under control. They came on rather suddenly after a trip. They were first thought to be just anxiety and I was given buspar. I now take a beta blocker which has knocked it out quite well. I still get a small amount of tingling in my feet before I fall asleep. I continue to take the buspar also. I find that stress does increase it somewhat as well as extreme fatigue. I'm happily back living my life again but I suspect I will be on beta blockers forever. I was diagnosed by my GP and I did have an MRI which was clear so no MS, Parkinsons, etc. I will say that this was one of most disturbing things I have ever experienced and interfered with my wellbeing a lot. I hope you find some relief.
Hi Jo, I started having internal vibrations that seem to have started after I had covid infection. In 2022 it started about 2 months after the infection and I mistook it for heart palpitaions. I saw a,cardiologist who said there was nothing wrong with my heart and the palpitations stopped a few months later. In 2023 I cad two covid infections. After the 2nd infection in May, I developed long covid and was extremely fatigued for several months. By October I was feeling about right, and then my sister passed away very suddenly. This set me back healthwise. I have type2 diabetes, but it hS bee reasonably well controlled for many years. But now I find I have these internal vibrations a lot of the time, through my core and in my legs, hands and feet. I have not had any diabetic neuropathy before, but have thought that these internal vibrations may be that. They are usually worse at night when I lie down. I often eat a biscuit or a piece of chocolate at night, so it is possible it is the sugar in these that trigger it. I have not taken any medications for it - I'd prefer to know the cause first.
i never tested positive for Covid, but think i did have it.
i have been having internal vibrations for about 2 years.
Worse at rest, better with exercise - any. LDN helped with fatigue. Beta blockers, primidone and gabapentin did not help at all. nor did chinese herbal meds. i started taking a very small dose of 5-HTP. i plan to increase the dose. also trying back stretching exercises since this is positional for the most part.
I would keep your guessing to yourself. Long Covid is a condition that is totally not understood by medical practice and non medical people who do not suffer from it.
Published research has shown above 30% of long covid patients have peripheral neuropathy.
I have a regime of nerve friendly vitamins, eliminated coffee and try and exercise daily with something that involves my legs.
It has reduced the severity but my internal vibrations continue
did a physiotherapist give you the exercises?
can you share?
i plan to get a physio appointment.
food often exacerbates my symptoms. my diet has become more limited.
magnesium in the evening helps some.
nothing really makes it go away. i am stuck with it, but still keep looking for answers. i haven’t given up hope.
OOoo, the internal vibrations. Those are the worst-but I have modified them. I call them my little "earthquakes" inside the body. I used to be scared of them and now I just roll with them. It sounds crazy but somehow I got my body used to them. When they come on, I just lay or sit real still and meditate silently and think about a volcano in Iceland or an earthquake in Hawaii. Reason being is, I think about these in order to put myself in a "moment situation" and imagine I feel those vibrations from an actual "event". That is a mind game I play on myself to make it seem "more normal". I laugh sometimes and imagine I have a "super-power" that I dont know what to do with. I also have cut out Coffee, Soft Drinks with caffeine, and a lot of sugar content-(it aggravates the tremors-makes them worse),
I dont know if that "mental game" would help you but it has me.
yes, i too have found that when i focus i forget about the tremors.
i took up knitting which helps a lot. i am new to it so it requires a lot of focus.
playing an instrument works too,
walking is great.
everything helps. nothing works so far to eliminate tremors.
i like to think that my body is shivering to try to heal itself.
"i like to think that my body is shivering to try to heal itself. "
That is also a good analogy!!!!!
