Should I continue to take Calcium supplement?
After my last Dexa scan results, I asked my GP if I should continue to take Calcium. She stated that my bones are so bad that there is no use. My Vitamin D levels are fine. My scans indicate -1 and -2.5 and T score at or below -2.5. She didn't want to take the time to discuss what the scores mean, so I am out in the dark reading as much as I can. I am only 61. Unfortunately, I live in a very rural area of NW Wisconsin and the medical care up here is the worst I have ever seen in my life. I do not drive so I have no choice but to continue care up here. I also have malabsorbtion, so I do not absorb vitamins efficiently.
Thank you for your feedback.

You might want to have your vitamin B-12 level checked if you have not already done so.
It started with my first pregnancy and that child was 18 years old before I found something that made a difference...after lots of trials. 🙂
could you tell me the name of these minerals so I can buy a bottle of them. I am reading your story carefully but cannot find out what the product is. Many thanks if you let me know!

@joyboudreau posted the information. It is the Vitality Pack by Oligo. The company name is Melaleuca.
Many thanks!

@drsuefowler and @joannethale - the company has a shop club format like Sams, Costco - but the membership is way less and the focus is a brand of nontoxic, superior performing products. They have a 96% shop again rate each month which shows that the products are a draw.
Just an FYI. Versus the Google lies - you can check https://melaleucaawards.com to know they are trustworthy.
