I believe laughter is the best medicine. Laughter has actually been scientifically proven to help people with depression issues.
Let’s give it a try so we can all get happy and feel better. Many Epilepsy forums I’ve been on had joke sections. I was probably the biggest joke of all since I didn’t get a lot of the jokes. They said the jokes couldn’t be above 4th grade level for me to understand them so my jokes may be rather simplistic but let’s give it a try.

I was watching an Australian cooking show, and the audience clapped when the chef made meringue.
I thought Australians usually boo meringue.
When asked how long it takes to style her hair, Dolly Parton replied:

Every once in a while, I'll get a Taco Bell "boomerang" burrito. Love 'em, but about a half hour after I eat one, it always comes back to haunt me.

It's a play on words. People sometimes call something that backfires on them, a boomerang. So, the idea is that the burrito causes a gastric disturbance that .....
.. well I'm sure you catch my drift.
