Dizziness and Camzyos

Hello,
Is anyone experiencing daily dizziness from Camzyos? My heart is better from the drug but I am dizzy most days. Just wanting to see if anyone else is having this problem. I am on 10mg since May 2023

I’m on 5 MG am dizzy everyday. It is really bad in the mornings. I hate it.

I started Camzyos a few weeks ago (here in the UK) and felt amazing for the first week but then developed very serious headaches and blurred vision also lack of going to the loo. Had to come off for a week. I am in 2.5 mgs. Has anyone else had these symptoms? No dizziness though.

I do have blurred vision and headaches but never thought it was the drug. I’ll have to mention this

Yes the mornings are horrible. And it did get noticeably worse when my cardiologist increases my dose

Yes I'm dizzy when I first get out of bed but it goes away after drinking alot of water.

Sorry to hear that; I am on 5 mg for the last 2 months and have not experienced any dizziness or bad side effects so far.

I would describe it more as "light headed" but yes, these days, it's most days. Not sure if it's because I recently got titrated up to 5mg (from 2.5) but was on 5mg originally and don't remember as much light headedness. I also recently started taking it before bed to try and mediate the effect ... but it hasn't changed much. Hoping that I just need to be patient while my heart adjusts to new, lower gradients! Surprisingly (or my imagination) I think it generally gets better when I do something ... walking or pickleball !

I also experience the burry vision. I take my Camzyos @10 I started out taking it at night. Then changed to to the mid morning hoping the dizziness would cease, but it did not.
I have been referred to the Cleveland Clinic for procedure consideration. I am very apprehensive about it. I have read posts from those that have had it done. There posts have been very promising. Thank you for listening. 🙂 have a great day.

I had terrible dizziness for weeks. Dr told me is wasn’t from Camzyos but I think it was. It finally subsided not all the way but by 80%. I think that is a common side effect at least that’s what I saw in my research if it. Hope you are feeling better.
