I'm so irritable today, too many pain issues, no pain relief, took a sleeping pill to escape, just woke up.

I think it rather odd that during treatment my legs hurt all the time, and the hurting has not gone away. My left leg had a hugh buildup of fluid, and it was twice the size of my right.leg. The doctor had no idea why that happened.

It is pretty ironic that the doctor's are the ones who caused me to deteriorate or contributed to my demise and there isn't a doctor in Seattle who will prescribe pain medication to anyone on medicaid and medicare. Didn't have this problem when I had good insurance.

@sueleerock Awe, I'm really sorry to hear that you are in so much pain today. I 100% understand the irritability that comes along with the pain. As does anyone who has ever been around me when I am having one of those extreme pain days lol. It's awful and I wish I could help you. You're a strong woman obviously. You have been fighting a very hard battle for a long time now, and none of us signed up for our treatments with the proper/truthful information about the medication(s) we would be taking. This truly infuriates me. It bothers me so much more to know that so many others are also suffering the long term side effects/chronic illnesses. It's not right. Something has to be done. I'm grateful to have found this group and to have communicated with you and others. Sometimes it's comforting to know you aren't alone, even though we would never wish this nightmare upon anyone else. The support is a good thing and can help in so many ways in and of itself. I hope your pain eases up for you real soon and you're able to feel more comfortable. Sending hugs from afar!

That is very nice of you to say, thank you. When my son asked me why I was on this website and I told him that only people who have gone through what I have can understand how terrible I feel. He doesn't get it. Initially he had empathy, now he is tired of hearing it so I never mention how I really feel to him.
