Samaritan Volunteer Dashboard

Use your volunteer dashboard to access your schedule online and update your contact information. To sign into your dashboard, your username is your email address, and you will create your own unique password. Please let MCVP staff know if you having trouble accessing your dashboard.

Blood Donation Form

MCVP volunteers are eligible to receive volunteer hours when registering to donate whole blood, double red cells, platelets and plasma at Mayo Clinic Blood Donor Center. To receive service time for your donation, please complete this form, have it signed by the Blood Donor Program staff and then return this form to any of the Mayo Clinic Volunteer Programs’ volunteer offices.

Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center (DAHLC)

Volunteers who achieve 50 service hours and maintain an active status are eligible to become a member at Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center. See your campus manager if you are interested in joining the DAHLC. You will be provided a form to take to the DAHLC to become a member.
