LBDA’s Community Conference Series comes to Minneapolis on July 28th

On Tuesday July 28th, The Lewy Body Dementia Association (LBDA) is hosting Living Well With Lewy: Education, Connection & Empowerment in partnership with the LBDA’s Research Centers of Excellence at Struthers Parkinson’s Center and in collaboration with the Mayo Clinic Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center. Part of their 2026 Community Conference Series, Living Well With Lewy, seeks to provide valuable insights and a sense of hope and connection to those diagnosed with Lewy body dementia and their care partners.

Living Well with Lewy takes place from 8:00am-3:45pm at the Minneapolis Marriott West Hotel. Angela Lunde, MA from the Mayo Clinic Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, will be hosting a breakout session and delivering the keynote.

• State of the Science
• Building your care team
• Preparing for palliative care
• Improving communication through improv
• The power of music and movement
• How to find wellbeing and resilience in difficult times
