For BIPOC

  • Call Blackline: Call or text 800-604-5841 for peer support and counseling that prioritizes BIPOC and uses an LGBTQ+ Black feminist lens.

For LGBTQ+

  • Trans Lifeline: Call 1-877-565-8860 in the United States or 1-877-330-6366 in Canada. Press 2 for Spanish-language support. This service offers peer support for trans people.
  • Thrive Lifeline: Text 1-313-662-8209. This trans-led and trans-operated service focuses on people with intersecting marginalized identities.
  • LGBT National Help Center: Call the LGBT National Hotline at 888-843-4564, the Coming Out Support Hotline at 888-OUT-LGBT (888-688-5428), the LGBT National Youth Talkline at 800-246-7743 or the LGBT National Senior Hotline at 888-234-7243. The center offers peer support, information and local resources through national hotlines and online programs for LGBTQIA+ people and those with questions about sexual orientation or gender identity.

For peer-to-peer support for multiple states of crisis

  • Wildflower Alliance Peer Support Line: Call 888-407-4515 or visit the website for peer support, resources or a conversation with someone who can relate. This service supports people affected by psychiatric diagnoses, trauma, extreme states, homelessness, substance use and other life-disrupting challenges.
